We want you to love your writing experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Freewrite devices in their original condition. If your tool isn't the perfect fit for your creative process, we are here to help with a seamless return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the device in its original packaging, including all charging cables and accessories, to ensure it is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
