Freewrite devices are purpose-built for drafting without distractions. They feature E-Ink displays for eye comfort, mechanical keyboards for a premium tactile feel, and a simplified operating system that prevents access to the internet, social media, or email while you write.

How does the cloud syncing process work?

Your work is saved locally to the device as you type. Once connected to Wi-Fi, the device automatically syncs your drafts to Postbox, our web application, which can then push your documents to third-party services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or Evernote.

What is the typical battery life of a Freewrite device?

Depending on your usage and Wi-Fi settings, the Freewrite Smart Typewriter can last up to 4 weeks on a single charge, while the portable Traveler model typically lasts up to 30 hours of active writing time.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by your local government, which are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy for electronics?

We offer a 30-day return window for all devices. The product must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Every new Freewrite device includes a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer extended protection plans at the time of purchase for additional peace of mind.
